The Brief

The brief

Nissan needed a Colombia reward program for top dealers that could feel celebratory without becoming generic. The audience had earned a premium experience, but the program still had to reflect the control, pace, and brand seriousness expected from an automotive client. Cartagena was attractive, yet the destination had to be used with discipline rather than as an easy beach incentive shortcut.

The Creative Concept

The idea

Muisca treated the program as a dealer-recognition sequence instead of a loose leisure trip. Cartagena carried the emotional lift, but each chapter was designed to do a specific job: arrival had to feel seamless, brand visibility had to feel intentional, social moments had to stay polished, and the destination itself had to feel alive without overwhelming the client. The result was an incentive built around pacing, brand-fit, and controlled warmth.

The experience

The programme

A Cartagena incentive built as a recognition sequence rather than a leisure trip: a seamless arrival, the brand present without noise, a beach chapter with the energy of a celebration and the discipline of an editorial shoot, and closing hospitality that let the city do what it does best, warmth, lift and memory, for dealers who had earned it.

The Results

The proof

The Nissan incentive proved that Muisca could translate automotive-brand discipline into a celebratory Colombia program without losing control of pacing or tone. It became another proof point that the company can reward top performers in ways that feel strategic, premium, and unmistakably Colombian at the same time.

The numbers behind the programme

  • One incentive route designed around Cartagena rather than a generic multi-stop reward template
  • Branded recognition moments controlled across arrival, social, and closing chapters
  • Beach hosting, hospitality flow, and guest movement shaped as one operating sequence
  • Senior-team oversight across supplier timing, guest-facing rhythm, and brand presence
  • Dealer incentive logic protected from the start through the final celebratory chapter

The community layer

Cartagena-based hosts, performers, transport teams, and service partners were integrated into the guest journey instead of being treated as background labor. The program used local hospitality talent to keep the destination present in the experience without turning culture into spectacle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this programme

The work starts with recognition logic, not tourism inventory. For automotive clients, that means pacing, brand presence, guest movement, and celebratory moments all need to feel deliberate rather than improvised.

Cartagena gave the program emotional lift and warm-weather hospitality, but it also offered the right contrast between recognition moments, brand visibility, and premium social chapters.

Yes. The key is to use the destination with intention instead of leaning on standard beach-incentive formulas. That is where routing, chapter design, and guest-flow control matter.

Muisca shapes the logic of the whole experience: how arrival feels, how the brand shows up, how hospitality escalates, and how the destination behaves as part of the client narrative.
